







The Sharks return home to take on Los Angeles RFC after a heart breaking loss the week before, still in search of their first win of the year. In what proved to be one of the more physical game of the year, the Sharks surprised a very talented Los Angeles team with their mental and physical toughness to grind out their first win of the year.
Back Bay returned to action after a two week hiatus due to a bye week and bad weather cancelling a match. After the 2 week break, the sharks took on the Huntington Beach Unicorns. This is a local derby and one of Southern California’s oldest rivalries, needless to say when these two clubs meet it is always a highly contested match.
In a typical beautiful and sunny day in Southern California, the Sharks travelled north up the coast to take on the Grunions of Santa Barbara.
After two weeks of being on the road, Back Bay returned to their picturesque pitch near the Balboa pier to take on Santa Monica. Again the weather did not disappoint as it was a perfect sunny day for some rugby.
If taking on Belmont the first match of the season wasn’t hard enough then traveling to Las Vegas to take on the defending National Champions would be a test for sure.
