U10 Contact Rugby: introduces tackling with teams playing rugby with 10 players. (3 in scrum)

U12 Contact Rugby:
U12 rugby introduces tackling with teams playing rugby with 12 players (5 in the scrum)

U14 Contact Rugby:
U14 develops the scrum and line out in 15 a side rugby. For 2010 we have a U14 Girls age group who play with 7 players on the field.

U16 Contact Rugby:
U16 further develops tackle rugby and plays 15 a side rugby. 12 a side can be played if both coaches agree.

U19 Boys and U19 Girls Rugby: U19 Boys and U19 Girls play full 15 a side rugby.
